Description
Total Warehouse Inc. (TW) is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support West Coast growth. TW delivers industry-leading material handling equipment and warehouse solutions focused on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
This is a field-based development role focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals, with the objective to transition into a Sales Representative role with territory ownership within 6-12 months.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and introduce TW solutions
  • Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability
  • Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives
  • Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
  • Continuously follow up to advance deals through pipeline

Growth Path (6-12 Months)
  1. 0-6 Weeks: Training + initial prospecting
  2. 6-12 Months: Independent selling + support larger deals
