BAS Sales Specialist

Kelso Building Services is seeking a motivated BAS Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and customer engagement within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering building automation solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, comfort, and energy performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with building owners, facility managers, consulting engineers, contractors, and operational leaders to provide customized solutions that align with each customer's business objectives.

This role partners with internal engineering, operations, service, and project delivery teams to ensure successful solution development and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop New Business Opportunities
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities throughout the assigned market.
  • Create and execute territory development strategies to support revenue growth.
