What are the roles and responsibilities of a Bas Project manager?

A Bas Project role typically refers to a professional who manages and coordinates Building Automation Systems (BAS) projects. Their main responsibilities include overseeing the installation and integration of automated controls for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security within buildings. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while also troubleshooting issues and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, BAS Project professionals often work closely with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

To thrive as a BAS Project Manager, you need a solid background in building automation systems, project management, and HVAC controls, often supported by a degree in engineering or related fields.
