What You Will Do
Lead the Sales Team
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve financial, strategic, and cultural goals.
  • Performance Management: Set aggressive individual and team goals utilizing CRM systems and monitor bookings through KPIs.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute growth strategies consistent with the branch business plan and influence leadership on critical outside sales strategies.

Drive Business Development
  • Strategic Relationships: Develop personal long-term relationships with building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers to influence high-visibility opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the market to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.

  • Leadership experience in project management/operations, or service management
  • Experience managing financial performance, including ownership of a $30M+ sales quota, project budgets, or service agreements within the building automation or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers
  • Ability to coach and train strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into tailored customer solutions
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in sales, operations, or related functions
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to leverage data and KPIs to drive performance
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and contribute to regional growth initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across sales, engineering, and operations teams
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
