What You'll Do

As our Building Systems Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple specialized systems:

๐Ÿ”ง Your Technical Playground Includes:

  • Building Automation Systems (BAS)- Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain sophisticated control sequences that optimize building performance
  • HVAC Excellence- Repair, and maintenance of all primary and ancillary systems and components associated with facility HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Life Safety Systems- Monitor and troubleshoot fire sprinkler suppression and smoke control systems that protect lives
  • Specialized Equipment- Work with commercial kitchen equipment, water leak detection systems, and automated material handling systems
  • Smart Building Optimization- Fine-tune environmental conditions to balance occupant comfort, building standards, and energy management objectives

Beyond the Wrench:

  • Leverage cutting-edge tools and software for plumbing, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic repairs
  • Document your work by updating the Integrated Workplace Management System
  • Manage procurement of supplies and materials
  • Valid driver's license required

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 0-2 years of maintenance engineering experience plus vocational or trade school experience or 4 years of engineering experience
  • Emphasis in heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical or related field.
  • Refrigeration license and recent experience on high-pressure steam and fittings preferred.
  • Experience with an Automated Building Management System is desired

Additional Information:

*The full salary rangeis $56,400-$70,546-$84,700.The expected starting salary range is $60,000-$75,000.Salaryofferwillbebased on qualifications/experienceof the candidate,alignmentwith market data,the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
