What You'll Do:
CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. In this role, you will partner closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize legal systems and workflows that support a fast-growing, complex organization.
About the role:
You will play a critical role in streamlining contract processes, improving data visibility, and ensuring integrations across enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and compliant.
  • Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.
  • Partner with Legal and Legal Operations stakeholders to translate contract and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution, storage, and renewal.
  • Build and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management).
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support contract visibility, compliance tracking, and operational insights.
  • Manage system security, access controls, and data governance to ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Support contract data migrations, system enhancements, and feature rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, partnering with Ironclad support and internal IT teams as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials for legal and business users.
  • Support administration and integration of other legal systems - Descartes, Brightflag etc.
  • Stay current on Ironclad product enhancements, CLM trends, and legal technology best practices.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools, with hands-on experience in Ironclad strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows.
  • Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.
  • Experience with GenAI driven automation and how AI agents or workflows can accelerate system migrations, data mapping, or support processes in a Legal context.
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or procurement platforms.
  • Experience with SOX, data privacy, and information security controls.
  • Experience with automation tools or process optimization.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
