A respected Data Center and Building Automation Solutions provider is seeking anexperienced BAS Controls Project Manager to lead major Data Center andBuilding Automation projects across New Jersey.   • Title: BAS Controls Project Manager
  • Location: New Jersey (Primary Region)
  • Compensation: $110,000–$145,000 base + approx. 10% bonus
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee BAS scopes for large-scale Data Center projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal technical staff.
  • Direct subcontractors and coordinate efforts with service and installation technicians.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Lead project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling to maintain financial and timeline goals.
  • Manage procurement activities and ensure equipment delivery aligns with project timelines.
  • Attend planning sessions, construction meetings, and coordinate weekly work schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with client representatives.
  • Regularly visit job sites to review progress, maintain quality standards, and resolve issues.
