Job description

Au sein du Service Developpement des Equipements Internes, rattache au Groupe Produit Chaine Electrique & Capteur, vous aurez la charge du developpement de la chaine electrique, ainsi que de sa performance et de son integration au sein des produits et des systemes.

Sous la responsabilite du Manager Ingenierie de Conception, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des produits : R&T, Developpement et Vie Serie, dans un environnement international a fort contenu technologique.

Perimetre concerne :

  • Chaine Electrique (eDrive), de la prise jusqu'a la charge electromecanique: electronique de puissance, integration mecanique, logiciel de gestion et de controle moteur, machine electrique.

Pour les produits :

  • Compresseurs motorises (de 2 kW a 100 kW),
  • Actionneurs electriques "smart",
  • Convertisseurs de puissance electrique (onduleurs statiques, adaptation de reseau electrique).
Missions principales :
  • Analyser les specifications de besoin et les exigences systeme
  • Realiser des analyses fonctionnelles et des trade-offs afin de definir les architectures de la chaine electrique
  • Rediger la specification produit et decliner les exigences vers les autres specialites : hardware electronique (developpe et produit par notre societe sur en Allemagne), software bas niveau, controle moteur, machine electrique et integration mecatronique (developpes en interne a Liebherr Toulouse)
  • Garantir la performance globale des solutions, en recherchant les meilleurs compromis cout / qualite / delais, en collaboration etroite avec les pilotes produits
  • Structurer le dossier de definition et elaborer le dossier de justification
  • Identifier, analyser et ponderer les risques techniques et d'integration a l'echelle du produit, y compris au travers d'analyses de surete de fonctionnement (FMEA)
  • Definir les essais de developpement et contribuer a la definition des essais de qualification
  • Structurer et capitaliser les methodes de travail du pole Chaine Electrique
  • Supporter les produits en vie serie : traitement des demandes de support fournisseurs ou production interne, gestion des obsolescences, mise a jour des dossiers de definition
Profil :

De formation Ingenieur generaliste a dominante electronique / electrotechnique, vous justifiez d'au moins 7 annees d'experience professionnelle.

Vous avez participe au developpement d'electroniques de puissance / convertisseurs et savez critiquer le dimensionnement d'element electroniques

Vous avez une experience confirmee en gestion des exigences, depuis leur analyse jusqu'a leur declinaison, leur tracabilite et leur verification, dans un cadre de developpement en cycle en V formel.

Vous connaissez la demarche de surete de fonctionnement, notamment la realisation ou le pilotage d'analyses FMEA, appliquees a des systemes ou equipements electriques complexes.

Vous etes a l'aise dans les echanges techniques avec l'ensemble des metiers contributifs (systemes, electronique, mecanique, logiciel, essais, industrialisation, fournisseurs) et savez assurer la coherence technique ainsi que l'avancement des activites tout au long du cycle de developpement.

Dote(e) d'excellentes competences relationnelles, vous faites preuve de leadership technique et savez embarquer et coordonner les differents acteurs, sans lien hierarchique, dans un environnement multimetiers et multiprojets

Oriente(e) resultats, vous savez convaincre et federer autour d'idees et de concepts techniques innovants.

Autonome, proactif(ve) et pragmatique, vous etes force de proposition.
