Bartending Assistant information

What is a bartending assistant?

Bartending Assistants, sometimes called barbacks, support bartenders by replenishing supplies, restocking the bar, cleaning glasses, and helping maintain a tidy work area. They ensure bartenders have everything needed to serve customers efficiently, such as ice, garnishes, and glassware. While they typically don't serve drinks directly, their role is crucial in keeping the bar running smoothly, especially during busy hours. Bartending Assistants may also help with minor customer service tasks and are often training to become bartenders themselves.
