Job description

Barstool Sports is seeking an Associate Producer focused on a multitude of Chicago based brands. The ideal candidate will be hands-on at every step of the production process for multiple concurrent projects. This role relies on editorial proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to travel for on site productions. You must be able to work on-site in our Chicago, flexible with travel, open to working nights and weekends, and provide a reel or portfolio of work.
What You'll Do
  • Responsible for pre & post-production as well as the delivery of a multitude of shows, videos, podcasts, and social clips
  • Work on various types of productions ranging from studio shows, run-and-gun content, vlogs, interviews, Man/Women on the street, and more.
  • Work directly with talent to develop highly produced content.
  • Work directly with other production staff in the Chicago office
  • Be forward thinking and problem-solve production/scheduling issues.
What You Have:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of our female lead brands including but not limited to Plan Bri, Micropod, & ItGirl
  • Strong experience shooting & editing content for digital platforms.
  • The ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand ethos.
  • Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content.
  • Sense of urgency and knowledge of production timelines
  • Background in shooting
  • Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel for shoots and productions, as needed.
  • An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work.

Salary Range: $65,000 - 70,000k
