Job Summary
Summary: Join Levy at UW-Madison as our next Clubs & Bars Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences across Camp Randall Stadium, the Kohl Center Arena, and the University Ridge Golf Course. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated food & beverage leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being at the heart of major sporting and entertainment events.
In this hands-on role, you'll lead daily operations, support an enthusiastic service team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects Levy's high standards. If you're looking for a position with variety, teamwork, and excellent growth opportunities, this is the place for you! Anticipated start date in August.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily food & beverage operations before, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on menus, product offerings, pricing, and packaging, communicating updates clearly to your team.
  • Maintain full operational readiness, ensuring all assigned areas are well-stocked, prepped, and organized.
  • Champion a guest-first culture, resolving concerns with professionalism and a warm, welcoming approach.
  • Manage inventory and product quality, minimizing waste while maintaining value and consistency.
  • Oversee and update marketing and signage to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Levy, Federal, and State health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, clients, and fellow Team Members, actively seeking feedback to elevate service.
  • Accurately verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
  • Uphold all company policies and guidelines.
  • Promote responsible alcohol service and a safe environment for guests.
  • Take on additional tasks that support smooth and successful operations.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality. You thrive in high-energy settings and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage with guests.
  • Willingness to obtain a Responsible Alcohol ServSafe & Food Handler's ServSafe.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required.
