Job description

About the Role:
We're looking for a visionary Chief Bark-itect to design paw-some structures, from cozy doghouses to bone-shaped skyscrapers. This role blends creativity, precision, and a love for digging into blueprints. You'll be the top dog in construction design - making sure every build is safe, stylish, and treat-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and design innovative paw-prints for new structures.

  • Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of barkitecture.

  • Collaborate with the Bonestruction team to bring visions to life.

  • Balance aesthetics with functionality (snack drawer placement is key).

  • Conduct site "sniff inspections" for quality assurance.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends like eco-paw-friendly doghouses.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of imagination - can see a palace in a pile of sticks.

  • Expert in digging deep (both holes and project details).

  • Skilled communicator: woofs, tail wags, and blueprint markups.

  • Eye for design and nose for opportunity.

  • Prior experience in barkitecture or related fields preferred.

Perks:

  • Access to unlimited chew supplies and rawhide drafting tools.

  • Paid in belly rubs and bonus treats.

  • Flexible paw-ffice hours - nap breaks encouraged.

  • Join a fun-loving pack that builds more than just structures - we build memories.
