We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Starbucks Baristas at our Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge hotel. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

       Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.

       Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

       Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.

       Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

       Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.

       Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
