POSITION SUMMARY:

Front desk teammates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all customers and program participants. It is important for front desk teammates to be comfortable describing all programs to guests and respond quickly and professionally in all situations.

Industry experience is not required, but people skills and a self-motivated work ethics are extremely important! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. This position can be full or part-time. Must be 16 years or older.

A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours including nights and weekends, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet and assist all customers, potential customers, and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. Be enthusiastic towards the children and their family.
  • Assist existing and prospective customer regarding their individual registration and account needs.
  • Signing new members up and handling basic billing.
  • Provide program information and requirements in an accurate and courteous manner.
  • Handles and resolves concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
