First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Johnson city, New York.

Med Surg RN - Johnson City, NY

Minimum 3 years of Med Surg experience

Schedule Notes:

12 nights, 36/week, every other weekend 
Required certs: BLS, ACLS 
Unit Notes: Med/surg/neuro/cardiac tele: Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally: syncope, hyper/hypotension & vascular surgeries. 
Required experience: experience in telemetry patients and cardiac medications. Also able to read rhythm strips. Stroke experience and managing post stoke patients Common Equipment: Bard IV pumps, GE cardiac monitor, EPCD, sit-to-stand tool, Hoyer, transfer boards, seizure pads.
