As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, you are responsible for motivating, inspiring, educating and setting an example to all the Barbers in your team. The Barber Mentor will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will also support the team guidelines and requests from Shop Leadership.

As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, it is important that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets. You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun's experience. As Barber Mentor you set the standard for all the Barbers in your team.

Wage: starting at $18/hour, performance-based

Requirements:

Are you a trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing your Apprenticeship? We're seeking individuals with:

Required Qualifications and Skills Core Skills

  • An extensive knowledge in upselling techniques/retail offering

  • Understanding of all industry trends
  • Confident in one on one training
