We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar area, craft premium beverages, and provide attentive service to bar guests and dining room servers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food and beverage service, skilled in creating a welcoming environment, and comfortable working in a lively setting.
Responsibilities (This job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities)
Greeting bar guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Focus, Aloha, or Micros.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Upsell menu items like signature cocktails, premium wines, craft beers, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
Recipe adherence for all craft cocktails, mixes, and garnishes to ensure consistency.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering duties.
Ensure proper food handling, alcohol sanitation, and safety procedures are always followed, including checking guest IDs.
Assist with stocking ice, prepping garnishes, washing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area to support smooth operations.
