16 On Center Chicago owns and operates several live music venues, third-party production, restaurants, bars, and food halls across Chicago and New York. Join the team of one of the country's leading independent promoters.

Position Summary


As a Server at MONEYGUN, you’ll deliver a high level of hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail bar. We’re looking for team players who are confident, knowledgeable, and bring great energy to every shift. You should be comfortable navigating both cocktails and food service, and able to balance speed with thoughtful guest interaction.


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Guiding guests through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Taking and delivering food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining clean and organized service areas
  • Collaborating with bar, kitchen, and support staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handling cash and point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Following all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Knowledge of craft and classic cocktails, as well as food pairings
  • Weekend availability 
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
  • Available to work late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions

Compensation: $12.62 + tips
