What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Bar Manager/Lead Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing daily bar operations with precision and care. - Training, coaching, and inspiring bartenders to deliver top-notch service. - Ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional hospitality experience. - Maintaining the quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages. - Managing and ordering liquor, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage inventory. - Preparing house-made syrups, batched cocktails, garnishes, and daily bar prep. - Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health department standards. - Completing opening and closing procedures, including Manager-on-Duty responsibilities. - Developing seasonal cocktails and maintaining beverage recipes and standards. - Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service. - Fostering a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

What You Bring: Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the lead and elevate our bar program. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a craft cocktail bar (management or lead bartender experience preferred). - Certifications: Current Texas TABC and Food Handler certifications. - Knowledge: Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. - Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. - Expertise: Experience managing bar inventory, ordering, and cost control. - Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
