Manny's Cafeteria & Delicatessen seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our family-owned restaurant, a beloved establishment that has been serving the community with passion and dedication since 1942. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service flow in both casual dining and quick service environments.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using POS system.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions with attention to detail.
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff members on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.

Experience
