About Big Fish

Big Fish is a new seafood and American restaurant opening at Broadway at the Beach. Great food, relaxed room, live music, sports on every screen. The bar is right next to it busy, social, central to the room.

We're building the opening bar team. We want bartenders who can handle volume, mix a real drink, and run their bar like it's theirs.

The job

You run a high-volume service bar and a packed guest-facing bar. Make great drinks. Take care of bar guests like they're at their favorite spot. Knock out service-bar tickets for the dining room. Lead the room during live music and game nights. We're putting real money into the bar program cocktails, beer list, smart wine and we'll train you on all of it.

Day to day
  • Build cocktails to spec, every time, even slammed
  • Pour beer and wine to standard, and know what's on the list
  • Take care of bar guests full food and drink, conversation, hospitality
  • Service-bar tickets for the dining room without dropping your bar guests
  • Cash, cards, tabs, accurate end-of-night
  • Bar setup, breakdown, restocking, clean and organized station
