As a Security Light Maintenance, you’ll be an integral part of ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. What You’ll Do:

  • Security Duties:
    • Monitor and control facility access while directing visitors and contractors appropriately.
    • Conduct security rounds, lock/unlock facility doors, and maintain accurate records.
    • Escort residents, staff, and visitors to parking areas as needed.
    • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and urgent calls with professionalism.
    • Partner with local authorities when necessary and ensure public areas remain safe and clean

  • Light Maintenance Duties:
    • Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, and addressing minor plumbing issues.
    • Collaborate on snow removal and ice melt application during winter months.
    • Report property damage and mechanical/electrical issues to supervisors promptly.
    • Ensure familiarity with fire safety systems, including alarm panels and extinguishers.


Work Schedule:

PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs. Hours are not guaranteed, scheduling is flexible and based on availability and facility needs.
