These positions can include banquet servers, banquet managers, setup staff, and bartenders. Employees in these roles are responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly, including preparing the venue, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. Banquets staff often work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
