Banquet servers often work in hotels, catering companies, or event venues, and must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What does a banquet server do?

A banquet server is a member of a wait staff that serves food for catered events. Banquet servers set the table and buffets for service.
