What will you do? * Receives drink orders from patrons or servers * Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures * Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer * Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served * Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately * Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies * Cleans, maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps area clear of clean/dirty glassware * Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed * Performs opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned More about you * One year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred * Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards * Ability to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificate * Basic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks * Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names * Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly * Must be 18 years of age  Physical requirements * Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift * Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions * Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally * Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times  Shift details Days Evenings Events OT as needed Weekends Who we are Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012.
