Job description

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 32- 5 years of hands-on experience in personal injury, bankruptcy and probate. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment. (Pre-Suit Only)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with heavy file review, case organization, and litigation support
  • Draft and manage legal documents
  • Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using case management software
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providers, insurance companies, and court staff
  • Calendar deadlines and ensure all filings are timely and accurate

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury, bankruptcy or probate
  • Familiarity with Georgia court procedures and legal filing requirements
  • Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with legal case management systems (Litify experience is a plus)
