A Branch Banking Leadercoaches a high-performing branch team to meet and exceed performance targets by teaching, training, and modeling sales behaviors while ensuring operational excellence.In addition, this role has a large focus oncoaching tosales, revenue growth, and operational integrity with a focus on successful sales and client experience behaviors while deliveringhigh levelof client service.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Performance:Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in financial performance (deposits loans, and non-interest income).Activelyseekand deliver the right client introductions to the right teammember(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful salesinitiative.Usesindependent judgement and discretion to make sound financial decisions.

  • Sales Leadership and Coaching:Create and execute business development, actively support execution of partner produced sales and branch initiatives. Provide training/development/coaching to branch teams on mission and how to effectively engageto deliver ontargets.Fosterthe right environmentfor branch teams and clients.Responsible for talentmanagementfunctionsincluding:employment,performanceevaluations,staffdevelopment/training, disciplinary actions, successionplanningandensuringall staffcomply withcompliance requirements.

  • Client Experience:Deliver client engagement and education--usingthe tools and systems available. Foster a culture focused on providingan exceptionalclient experience with a commitment to delivering on our mission and purpose.Analyzes and resolves problemspertaining tobranch operations and client satisfaction.

  • Risk Management: Foster a culture of disciplined risk management helping teamsidentifyand mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks. Ensure team awareness,understandingand adherence to all applicable bank policies and regulations.Meet operational excellence standards.

  • Usesindependent judgement and discretion to make decisions.

  • Maybe responsible fortalentmanagementfunctionsincluding:employment,performanceevaluations,staffdevelopment/training, disciplinary actions, succession planningandensuringall staffcomply withcompliance requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Education levelrequired:High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.

  • Minimum experiencerequired:6+ Yearsof overall branch sales experience.

  • Two (2)+years in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education level preferred:Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
