As a Commercial Banking Center Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of relationship managers and support staff to deliver exceptional service and drive growth in the business market. In this role you'll
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies for the Commercial Banking Center.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial lenders to build profitable relationships with business customers.
  • Monitor and manage large and complex credits across diverse industries and loan types.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters career growth and job satisfaction.
  • Manage income and expense budgets for the center.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and build strong relationships outside the team.
  • Promote the bank and its services through community involvement.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

What we're looking for
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
  • You have 8 or more years of experience in all phases of commercial lending in the local market (Required).
  • You have 6 or more years of supervisory or management experience (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
