• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for banking applications
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and QA best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement


• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM)
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Postman for API testing)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities


Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments


Education & Certifications You Need:
