JOB DESCRIPTION
The Software Implementation Engineer will implement a SaaS product suite with functionality ranging from various methods of access management, data management, and service automation. The future road map for product the will include Access Governance and Identity Management and much more . The implementation process consists of project design, implementation of the software suite and some coding for customization, calling for working knowledge of systems like Active Directory, Google, and Office365 as well as skill in PowerShell and JavaScript. Additionally, the Software Implementation Engineer with work with the customer on project design, gathering and confirming prerequisites, as well as working with the customer during the implementations. Most implementations occur via remote access to the customer's environment and our product portal. This full-time position is a great opportunity for a person just graduating with their bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Significant customer interaction from project design to implementation
  • Implement web-based single sign-on solution for customers
