Syskoplan is seeking an ambitious SAP Project Manager with strong functional expertise and leadership experience to manage global programs leveraging the latest SAP technologies—including S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Analytics, and RISE with SAP.

Responsibilities
•    Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget.
•    Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members
•    Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders
•    Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
•    Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client
Minimum Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Travel up to 50%
•    7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role
•    Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions). 
•    Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
•    Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE)
•    Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience implementing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensions, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or AI-driven automation.
•    Familiarity with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP deployments
•    Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or life sciences
•    Exposure to SAP CX, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP Datasphere
•    RISE/GROW with SAP, or Public Cloud/Cloud ERP certification
