Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex Systems Quality Assurance initiatives supporting a major testing transformation effort within Commercial Banking. This role requires a blend of strong automation engineering skills and hands-on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise.
The ideal candidate will design and maintain automated testing solutions while also executing end-to-end UAT activities, partnering with business stakeholders, and supporting high-quality software releases. This position plays a key role in advancing automation maturity while maintaining strong business validation practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
QA Automation

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts
• Convert manual testing processes into automated testing solutions
• Improve automation coverage across applications and platforms
• Support ongoing testing modernization initiatives
• Maintain automation frameworks and testing assets

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Plan and execute end-to-end UAT activities
• Validate business requirements and expected outcomes
• Execute UAT scenarios and business process testing
• Support user and stakeholder testing activities
• Document business validation results

Test Execution & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute:
  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • UAT Testing
• Create test scenarios and test cases
• Analyze requirements and determine testing coverage
• Ensure application readiness and release quality

Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track defects
• Manage issue resolution and retesting activities
• Maintain test evidence and testing documentation
• Communicate testing risks and observations to stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with:
  • Business Users
  • Product Owners
  • Commercial Banking Teams
  • Developers
  • QA Teams
• Validate requirements and expected business outcomes
• Support release readiness and production deployment activities
