In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions of our branch. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Sales and Service Support:
  • Provide an engaging experience for all customers (internal and external) through a committed execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and by embodying the organization's core values.
  • Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  • Assist customers in achieving their financial goals through consultative conversations.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
  • Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point-of-sale processing.
  • Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.
