PSMB is a growth equity investor currently investing out of its fourth fund. PSMB strives to help businesses grow and succeed by leveraging our firm’s knowledge, experience and relationships.The Associate/Analyst can expect to work closely with the partners in Merchant Banking to make a real impact through involvement in all facets of the private equity process. Duties may include:Creating and iterating complex financial modelsConducting financial valuations and creating return models for potential new investmentsWorking with senior members of the Merchant Banking team to evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential new investmentsPreparing investment memorandaPreparing quarterly valuation reportsPreparing quarterly and annual reports for our limited partnersMaintaining the Merchant Banking deal pipeline and transaction recordsOur environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial.
