The Services Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Environmental Services, Industrial & Infrastructure Services, Commercial & Residential Services, Professional Services and Technology & Information Services. This position is based out of either our Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH offices.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
  • Performs financial analysis and modeling.
  • Conducts industry research and business due diligence
  • Develops client presentation materials

Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
  • Bachelor's Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
  • Sell side M&A experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
