Our team has an exciting opportunity in our Technology Center Building located in Midvale for a Correspondent Banking Specialist. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, read on.


Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:ย 
ย ย ย ย Provide customer service, and sales support to the Correspondent Banking Department.ย 
ย ย ย ย Prepare and review documents for opening new Correspondent relationships.
ย ย ย ย Prepare documents for a set-up process for a products and services.
ย ย ย ย Coordinate with various bank departments to ensure timely and proper setup for products and services.ย 
ย ย ย ย Make updates in Salesforce for new and deleted products and maintain the status of the opportunities.
ย ย ย ย Assist with project management for implementation of new services/products.
ย ย ย ย Know how to open and close accounts in Bancs including DDA's, FF Sweeps, CD's and Money Market accounts.
ย ย ย ย Assist customer with research, account adjustments/corrections.


Qualifications:
ย ย ย ย Require a minimum High School diploma and 2 years of banking or directly related experience.ย 
ย ย ย ย Full use and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.ย 
ย ย ย ย Working knowledge of banking products, procedures, and services.
ย ย ย ย Good written and verbal communication skills. ย 
ย ย ย ย Experience with Treasury Management (TM) products and docs preferred.
ย ย ย ย Accounting, PC skills, customer service skills, and knowledge of banking applications preferred.
