Austin, TX (North Austin Clinic)

ย Patient Service Specialist (PSS) - Float

ย Hours: vary M- F between 7am - 7pm

ย PRN (as needed)

Candidate will be required to travel to multiple outpatient clinics.

Area of Coverage: Pflugerville, North Austin, Steiner, Liberty Hill

PRN rate:ย $21.00 per hourย 

Responsibilities

Seeking someone that is organized, adaptable and able to work well with others or independently. Candidate will be required to travel to other locations as needed. Candidateย to provide outstanding customer service and get things done. We process referrals, schedule patients complete the intake process, data entry, insurance verification, authorizations, review of benefits with patients, copay collection, arriving and scheduling patients, billing reports, closing report and other task as needed.
