- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
- Develop BRDs and FRDs to capture system requirements and ensure they align with stakeholder needs.
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax to facilitate behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-level designs (HLDs), ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Manage and track requirements and tasks using Jira, facilitating communication and progress within the team.
- Conduct system and data analysis using SQL for reporting and validation.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on business goals and system capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the banking industry, ideally in payments and merchant services.
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
- Strong background in Cucumber and Gherkin for writing behavior-driven acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases to support data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and HLDs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proven ability to work in agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
