BlackArch, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regions Bank, is a Southeast based, middle-market M&A advisory firm whose professionals have closed more than 400 transactions across a broad range of industries, with enterprise values ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion. BlackArch offers a full spectrum of advisory services to financial sponsors, private companies, and diversified corporations, addressing the needs of owner-operators, founders, and shareholders of private companies with specialized services that include M&A advisory, strategic advisory and private capital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluates and analyzes client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client's distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation
  • Drafts documentation and marketing materials for transactions and constructs financial models
  • Maintains client communication, often directly with senior management team members
  • Participates in transaction structuring and execution efforts with high levels of responsibility and accountability
  • Mentors and supervises analysts
  • Identifies and develops business opportunities

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Series 79 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain within three (3) months of employment
