This role plays a vital role in bringing TD's human, relationship driven banking experience to life. This role is a trusted guide for our clients; delivering everyday banking with accuracy, confidence, and clarity while helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered to achieve their financial goals while upholding TD's strong risk and regulatory standards.
Depth & Scope:
  • First point of contact for clients as they serve as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location, seamlessly guiding traffic flow while delivering a high touch client experience
  • Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by proactively identifying needs and opportunities that will help clients reach their financial goals and referring clients to appropriate partners to help achieve their financial objectives
  • Engages clients with professionalism with a focus on educating on appropriate products and self-serve solutions while using insights on recommending solutions for turning routine client transactions into meaningful moments
  • Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products and services to utilize insights, tools and resources to evaluate and recommend client solutions
  • Performs a broad range of client transactions and multi-step activities within established financial limits
  • Identifies and assesses client problems in straight forward situations using standard procedures and escalates non-standard issues internally; typically addressing routine requests requiring minimal discretion

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients. Experience can include any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience
  • Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
  • Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
