Job description

Position Overview

Hennion & Walsh is seeking ambitious and motivated Financial Advisor Associates to join our growing wealth management team. This is an opportunity for licensed financial professionals who want more than just a job — it’s a chance to build a long-term career with access to warm inbound leads, mentorship, professional development, and a clear path for growth.

Unlike many firms that require advisors to independently source prospects through networking, seminars, or personal marketing expenses, Hennion & Walsh provides advisors with qualified leads generated through the firm’s established marketing platform. Advisors can focus on what matters most: building meaningful client relationships and growing their business.

Our Financial Advisor Associates work directly with individuals seeking guidance on investment and income strategies, helping clients navigate their financial goals through a personalized approach. Supported by dedicated operations, compliance, and service teams, advisors have the resources and infrastructure needed to succeed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who are driven, relationship-oriented, and looking to accelerate their career within a supportive and growth-focused financial services firm.

Position Must Haves

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of financial services, sales, or advisory experience preferred
Position Preferences (if applicable)
  • Prior experience in wealth management, financial advising, banking, or investment sales
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or retail investors
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and developing client relationships over the phone
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation structure
  • Warm inbound leads provided by the firm
  • Mentorship and advisor development program
  • Full operational and compliance support
  • Full medical and dental benefits
  • 401(k) plan with company match
