This is a 40 hour a week position. It is an in-person position in order to meet the needs of the customers.

 Essential Functions:

  • Provide superior internal and external customer service: must demonstrate self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers (all organization personnel).
  • Process all customer transactions
  • Learn and understand bank products and services by attending staff meetings and training.
  • Cross sells other types of products and services to customers
  • Offer “free checking” promotion through High Performance Growth (HPG)
  • Work with branch management in promoting “big days” by creating theme based on the current free gift.
  • Learn and understand bank products and services by attending staff meetings or training.
  • Work night drop, courier bags in dual.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service; always greeting customers when they enter the branch by acknowledging with a smile or gesture to let them know you acknowledge them.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in order to accomplish, among other things, in-person contact with customers.
  • Regular, on-site attendance during standard business hours is required to perform the duties of this position.
  • Additional duties as requested or assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Community Service and Bank-sponsored activities that serve and support the mission and values of CCB.
  • Provide superior internal and external customer service: must demonstrate self-governance, courtesy, and respect toward external customers as well as internal customers (all organization personnel).
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
  • Represent in a professional manner which includes a professional image, confidentiality, a positive attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs.

  • High degree of attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skill(s) to perform in a fast-paced environment.
