Position Available:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Retail Banker III at our Gulf Shores, Alabama location. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our organization while advancing your career in a collaborative and supportive banking environment.

As a Retail Banker III, you will provide exceptional customer service, develop and strengthen customer relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. You will also support branch sales objectives, perform account and transaction services, and assist with overall branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Some travel to other branch locations within Baldwin County when needed.

  • Experience with cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing financial transactions accurately.
