Bank workers must handle cash accurately, maintain confidentiality, and follow strict security procedures. Their role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining customer satisfaction. Some positions may also involve promoting banking services and products to clients.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a bank worker, and why are they important?
