Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure
interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, or
other applicable degree program.

Experience:       
Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.

Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws

Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
