Our Team is seeking an experienced Bank Service Representative!

Are you ready to take your banking career to the next level? We’re looking for a seasoned Bank Service Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth, accurate financial transactions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for personal and business accounts—open, maintain, and close accounts with precision.
  • Process teller transactions and balance daily work like a pro.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, online banking setup, debit cards, and safe deposit boxes.
  • Cross-sell banking services to meet customer needs.
  • Handle wire transfers, cash orders, and support teller training.
  • Serve as a backup supervisor and assists with overdrafts, returned items, balancing, and audits when needed.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • You’ll gain experience across multiple levels of responsibility, from teller functions to supervisory duties.
  • You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise makes a real impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or professional training strongly preferred.
  • At least five years of banking experience with knowledge of all bank products, services, IRAs, trust accounts, and account opening protocol.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven integrity.
  • Excellent computer and cash-handling skills.
  • Highest level of communication, customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused—even on busy days.

Candidates must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the Bank's operating hours: Monday through Thursday (8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.), Friday (8:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.), and Saturday (8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.). Schedules are generally set monthly; however, flexibility is preferred to accommodate staffing and business needs.
