Job description

Salesforce is a large part of their environment. The main responsibility is managing multi-workstream Salesforce data integration efforts, ensuring consistent methodologies and alignment with both enterprise and small business goals.

Responsible for driving complex, high-priority projects, or component phases of large programs. Responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope. This person will lead and coordinate cross-functional, departmental, and cross-company teams responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closeout.

What does a Project Manager do?

  • Orchestrator of the cell's operational ecosystem.
  • Manage the capacity of your work team in a coordinated manner.
  • Participate in capacity and monthly committees defined with the client.
  • Manage the product backlog of the projects that are under the management of their cells.
  • Responsible for agreeing capacity management with the Client.
  • Responsible for controlling resource hours and preparing monthly billing for the client.
  • Responsible for compliance with the service agreement.
  • Responsible for action plans, improvement of indicators, and SLA.
  • Responsible for reporting and dashboarding cell performance and project outcomes
  • Responsible for problem resolution from problem assessment to solution selection. Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans.   • Responsible for action plans, improvement of indicators, and SLA.
  • Manage the project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, tracking cost variances, and effectively managing project resources.
  • Provides clear and concise communication of the project; both written and verbal.
  • Facilitates/manages project communications and expectations of stakeholders, clients, and project team.
  • It is the focal point between the cell teams, the internal teams and the client teams.
  • Manages projects from original concept to final implementation. Liaises with all areas affected by the project, including end users, vendors, and suppliers. Ensures compliance with quality standards and reviews project deliverables. May communicate with a company executive regarding the status of specific projects.
  • Track and control hours and present monthly billing details for the cell in accordance with the estimated budget. Keep track of team absences, and schedule vacations and licenses in order to mitigate the impact of commitments made to clients.
  • Participate in the ceremonies: daily, review, retrospective, and planning.

What are the requirements?

  • Professional or equivalent, minimum 5 years of progressive management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operational environment.
  • Salesforce and Snowflake experience
  • Experience preferably in the Banking or Payment Methods industry
  • Scrum Master / Agile Certification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Project Server
