bout the Role As the Client Partner for the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical at LTIMindtree, you will be the primary owner of strategic relationships within a designated portfolio of financial institutions in St. Louis. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, managing high-level client satisfaction, and positioning our full suite of digital, consulting, and technology services to solve complex business challenges in the banking and capital markets sectors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management & Sales • Lead the overall account strategy and business development initiatives for the BFS portfolio. • Drive aggressive revenue growth through the expansion of existing banking accounts. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from prospecting to contract execution. Client Relationship Management • Build and nurture C-suite and executive-level relationships within retail banking, investment management, and insurance firms. • Act as a consultative partner, deeply understanding the regulatory, technical, and business context of the regional financial hub. Delivery-Led Growth • Partner closely with delivery and practice heads to ensure seamless execution of large-scale digital transformation programs. • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell by leveraging successful project outcomes and operational excellence. Thought Leadership & Market Presence • Act as a BFS industry expert, contributing to local speaker sessions, industry roundtables, and internal knowledge sharing. • Maintain a clear Point of View (POV) on the evolution of FinTech, Open Banking, and AI in financial services. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Financial Performance: Achieving total revenue growth, profitability targets, Total Contract Value (TCV), and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets. • Customer Success: High Net Promoter Score (NPS) or client satisfaction ratings within key accounts. Required Qualifications & Experience • Proven Track Record: 12+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting with a focus on BFS account management and sales. • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the financial services landscape (e.g., Asset Management, Custody Banking, Insurance). • Network: A strong existing network of senior executives within the BFS industry. Technical & Functional Competencies • BFS Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core banking systems, wealth management platforms, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML). • Digital Transformation: Proficiency in articulating the value of Cloud migration, Data/Analytics, and AI within a financial context. • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in deal structuring, P&L management, and commercial negotiation. Personal Attributes • Consultative Seller: Ability to pivot from tactical execution to high-level strategic advisory. • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the business impact of technology to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborative: Thrives in a matrixed environment, working across global delivery centers and local sales teams.
