Position Overview
We are seeking Junior and Senior Python Developers specializing in Generative AI and LangGraph to join our team in Dallas. You will build and scale AI-driven applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation pipelines for a major banking client.
Key Responsibilities For Senior Candidates:
  • Agentic Frameworks: Architect and build multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Design complex Python-based backend architectures to process sensitive banking data safely.
  • LLM Integration: Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Generative AI models for automated financial analysis and compliance.
  • Technical Mentorship: Guide junior team members through advanced coding standards and code reviews.
For Junior Candidates:
  • Code Development: Write clean, maintainable Python scripts to support AI application development.
  • Workflow Support: Implement stateful graphs and conversational flows using LangGraph under senior guidance.
