Job description

This position will primarily be based in our Winchester Main Branch with occasional travel required to our Woburn Branch. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to both locations.

OVERVIEW:

Under the general supervision of Retail Managers, responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customers' financial transactions and for providing information on banking products and services to new and existing customers. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of consumer and business deposit products and related services and uses relationship management and business development skills to serve customers effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Represent the bank in a professional and courteous manner to all customers, associates, vendors and the public.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing or potential customers in person, electronically, by mail or by telephone while adhering to bank standards and policies.
  • Open new business and personal accounts and assist with customer safe deposit access.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and be knowledgeable about all aspects of deposit & consumer loan products and related services.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to support customers with services in response to recognized customer needs.
  • Accurately and efficiently process the full array of deposit and loan transactions.
  • Complete end-of-day proof of assigned cash drawer. Maintain cash levels within prescribed limits.
  • Understand and observe all Bank Secrecy Act requirements. Follow all security policies and use of security equipment.
  • Attend mandatory training and complete online assignments for regulatory compliance as scheduled.
  • Assist with preparing daily, weekly and monthly retail reports as required.

  • Perform duties required to achieve successful bank performance or as assigned by Management.
